05:19 PM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Skycorp Solar ( PN ) said late Tuesday it has agreed to acquire a 24% stake in Nanjing Cesun Power for about $8.7 million from Skyline Tech, issuing 12 million Class B shares under a five-year lockup.

The deal, approved by Skycorp's board and audit committee, is expected to close by Dec. 20, subject to customary conditions, the company said.

Shares of the company were up 1.2% in after-hours activity.
