10:21 AM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SLR Investment ( SLRC ) said Monday its SLR Business Credit portfolio company acquired an asset-based factoring portfolio and operations from Webster Bank's commercial services division.

The acquisition includes a team of professionals, as well as a portfolio that's worth about $115 million, the company said.

The business provides financing solutions to middle-market companies, SLR said.
