09:41 AM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Smart Share Global ( EM ) said Monday its board approved a special cash dividend of $0.015 per ordinary share, or $0.03 per American depositary share.

The dividend, which will be payable to holders of record on May 31, will be paid around June 7 to holders of ordinary shares and around June 14 to holders of ADSs.

Shares of the company were up more than 16% in recent Monday trading.
