SmartCentres REIT Declares Distribution for December

03:43 PM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust (SRU-UN.TO) on Tuesday declared a distribution for December of $0.15417 per unit, representing $1.85 per unit on an annualized basis.

The distribution, unchanged from November, will be paid Jan. 15 to unitholders of record on Dec. 31.

Price: 25.36, Change: +0.23, Percent Change: +0.92
