07:37 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SolarEdge Technologies ( SEDG ) said Monday it has named Asaf Alperovitz as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

He succeeds Ariel Porat, who has decided to step down but will remain with the company for a transition period, the company said.

Alperovitz served from 2019 to 2024 as finance chief at Delta Galil, an high-tech apparel company, the company said.
