SolarWinds to Implement AI Into Service Desk IT Service Management Platform

09:05 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SolarWinds ( SWI ) said Tuesday it will implement artificial intelligence into its IT service management platform, Service Desk, to support IT operations and management.

The company said it plans to expand the AI service across other SolarWinds ( SWI ) products.
