Solidcore agrees to buy Tokhtar gold property in northern Kazakhstan

March 11 (Reuters) - Gold miner Solidcore

said it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 100%

interest in the Tokhtar gold property in northern Kazakhstan.

"Under the agreement, Solidcore will initially acquire a 51%

interest in the Project for the total cash consideration of

approximately $25 million," Solidcore said in a statement.
