Sonoma Pharmaceuticals Signs Agreement With Medline Industries to Market, Distribute Wound Care Products in US

09:28 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sonoma Pharmaceuticals ( SNOA ) said in a regulatory filing Wednesday it signed a five-year agreement with Medline Industries to market and distribute Sonoma's wound care products in the US.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The agreement is subject to one-year renewal periods, the health care company said in its 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sonoma's stock rose 8% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
