GYEONGJU, South Korea, Oct 31 (Reuters) - U.S. chipmaker

Nvidia ( NVDA ) and South Korean automaker Hyundai Motor Group

plan to invest $3 billion to create a joint venture

on "physical" artificial intelligence, South Korea's

presidential office said at a briefing on Friday.
