S&P Global Intends to Separate Mobility Division Into Standalone Public Company

07:29 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- S&P Global ( SPGI ) said Tuesday it plans to separate its Mobility division into a standalone public company.

The separation is expected to be tax-free to shareholders and completed within 12 to 18 months, the company said.
