11:38 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spectral AI (MDAI) said Tuesday it has repriced about 8.4 million warrants with an exercise price of $11.50 per share to $2.75 per share, effective following its 20-day notice requirement.

If all warrants are exercised for cash, the company said it could potentially receive up to about $23 million in net proceeds.

Shares of Spectral AI were up more than 7% in recent trading.
