Spire Names Adam Woodard CFO

09:03 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spire (SR) said Monday that it has named Adam Woodard as its chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1.

He succeeds Steve Rasche, who will step down Jan. 1 but remain as a senior adviser until retiring on April 1.

Woodard has served as Spire's treasurer since 2018 and took on the additional role of chief financial officer of Spire's utility businesses in 2019, the company said.
