Oct 26, 2024 11:04 AM

Oct 23 (Reuters) - U.S. supplier Spirit AeroSystems ( SPR )

will lay off workers and impose more drastic furloughs

if Boeing's ( BA ) machinist strike extends beyond next month, a

company spokesperson said on Wednesday.

"Should the strike continue beyond the end of November,

financial pressures and a significant inventory buffer will

require us to implement layoffs and more drastic furloughs,"
