Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.55.

Total net revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $42.0 million, compared with $40.0 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $47 million.

The company said it had $40 billion in assets under management as of June 30.

Shares of Sprott were up 0.6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
