Sprott Upsizes Uranium Trust Offering to $200.1 Million

10:57 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sprott (SII) said Monday that it amended its agreement with Canaccord Genuity to upsize its underwritten offering of units to $200.1 million.

Under the updated agreement, Canaccord will purchase 11.6 million units at $17.25 a piece.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used by the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust to acquire uranium oxide in concentrates and uranium hexafluoride, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on or about Friday.
