SPX Technologies Completes Acquisition of Kranze Technology Solutions

03:35 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SPX Technologies ( SPXC ) said late Monday it has completed its acquisition of Kranze Technology Solutions.

Kranze is expected to be "modestly accretive" to adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations in 2025, the company said.

SPX President and Chief Executive Gene Lowe said the acquisition "significantly scales" the company's position in communication technologies.
