04:45 PM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spyre Therapeutics ( SYRE ) said Monday it started an underwritten public offering of up to $200 million of shares or pre-funded warrants.

Underwriters will be given an option for a 30-day period to buy up to an additional $30 million of shares, the company said.

All of the shares and warrants will be sold by Spyre, the company said, adding the offering is subject to market conditions.
