SANTIAGO, March 5 (Reuters) - Chilean lithium miner SQM

expects the conditions for its joint venture with Chilean state

miner Codelco to be met in the second half of 2025, an SQM

executive said on an earnings call on Wednesday.

The two companies plan to form a partnership to extract

lithium in Chile's Atacama salt flat.
