S&T Bancorp's Q4 Earnings, Revenue Fall

08:30 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- S&T Bancorp ( STBA ) reported Q4 earnings Thursday of $0.86 per diluted share, down from $0.96 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.77.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $94.3 million compared with $103.2 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $96.9 million.

The company said it will distribute a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, unchanged compared with the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on Feb. 27 to shareholders of record on Feb. 13.
