St. Joe Q2 Net Income, Revenue Fall; Dividend Raised -- Shares Drop After Hours

05:50 PM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- St. Joe Co. ( JOE ) reported Q2 net income late Wednesday of $0.42 per share, down from $0.60 per share a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 fell to $111.6 million from $128.1 million a year earlier.

No analyst estimates were available for comparison on Capital IQ.

The company's board increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.14 per share from $0.12, payable Sept. 6 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug. 9.

St. Joe shares were down 2.9% in after-hours activity.
