StandardAero Launches $450 Million Share Buyback

08:09 AM EST, 12/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StandardAero ( SARO ) said Wednesday its board has approved a stock repurchase program to buy back up to $450 million of its common shares.

The authorization permits repurchases in the open market, through privately negotiated deals or other methods dependant on market conditions and corporate requirements, the company said.
