Stantec Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2024 Guidance Revised

05:28 PM EST, 11/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stantec ( STN ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of 1.30 Canadian dollars ($0.94) per diluted share, up from CA$1.14 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected CA$1.24.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was CA$1.52 billion, up from CA$1.32 billion a year ago.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected CA$1.53 billion.

Stantec ( STN ) said it now expects full-year 2024 adjusted EPS growth of 16% to 18% and revenue growth of 14.5% to 15%, versus its previous guidance of 12% to 16% and 12% to 15%, respectively.

The company said its board kept the quarterly dividend at CA$0.21 per share, payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31.
