08:00 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Star Diamond ( SHGDF ) on Monday said it has acquired Canterra Minerals Corporation's ( CTMCF ) 50% stake in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project in north central Alberta.

Upon closing Star Diamond ( SHGDF ) will hold 100% of the project.

Star Diamond ( SHGDF ) will pay for Canterra's 50% interest in Buffalo Hills with 17.5 million common shares, for an implied purchase price of $1.1 million.
