Star Talk: Rising Bollywood star Sara Ali Khan voices her views on fitness and finances
Oct 25, 2019 10:53 AM

The rising Bollywood star Sara Ali Khan has voiced her views on fitness as well as finances in this special episode of Star Talk.

“For me fitness is an extremely personal idea. When I wake up in the morning, if I run on the treadmill for half an hour, my face is less puffy, I have sweated it out and I am probably getting fitter. And that is not what it is about. Every morning when I wake up and run on my treadmill, I am more positive, I am more relaxed, I just feel better. It gives me a kind of energy that takes me through the rest of the day and that is what is important,” she said.

Khan says she is inherently not a spendthrift. “For me the idea of fun is to be able to go to New York once a year and eat what I want and workout. And I am not a shopper. I am a walker. Value for money to me means value for yourself. You are not going to make money for the rest of your life, and money is important because though it doesn’t buy happiness, it buys a lot of things in life that you might need for happiness. So value for money is just intelligence and balance like everything else in life,” she added.
