03:30 AM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- State Street (STT) said late Tuesday it issued $2.3 billion of senior debt.
Siebert Williams Shank & Co. served as the joint book-running manager for the transaction, while CAVU Securities, C.L. King & Associates, Penserra Securities and Roberts & Ryan acted as co-managers, the company said.
"All five broker-dealers are owned by underrepresented groups and, collectively, have underwritten 40% of the securities in the issuance," State Street said.
The underwriting syndicate further included Morgan Stanley, BMO Capital Markets and Citigroup Global Markets.
