12:55 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- State Street (STT) said Friday it agreed to provide expanded fund accounting, administration and custody services for Columbia Threadneedle Investments' US and Europe pooled funds with $431 billion in assets.

As part of this mandate, over 100 Columbia Threadneedle employees, who provide fund accounting and administration services to the US funds, are expected to transfer to the same roles at State Street, the company said.

Additionally, Columbia Threadneedle will further consolidate investment services for its UK and Luxembourg-based pooled funds with State Street.
