Sept 4 (Reuters) - The attorneys general of Rhode Island

and Connecticut said they will sue the Trump administration on

Thursday over its stop work order on Orsted's

Revolution Wind project, which is mostly completed.

The lawsuit will be filed in federal court in Rhode Island

later on Thursday, they said in a statement.
