10:48 AM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Steakholder Foods ( STKH ) said Thursday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sherry Herring to introduce a new line of vegan fish salads using Steakholder's SHFISH premix blends.

The partnership aims to expand Steakholder Foods' ( STKH ) geographic footprint, customer base and product lineup, Steakholder Foods ( STKH ) said.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Shares of the company were up 2.2% in recent Thursday trading.
