Steakholder Foods to Change ADS Ratio

04:52 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Steakholder Foods ( STKH ) said late Friday it will change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares to one ADS representing 4,000 ordinary shares from one ADS representing 500 shares, effective on Sept. 10.

The change will essentially serve as a one-for-eight reverse ADS split for ADS holders, the company said.
