KKR Raises Over $850 Million for Real Estate Credit Fund

07:33 AM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said Friday that it raised over $850 million for KKR Opportunistic Real Estate Credit Fund II.

The company said the fund will focus on investments in senior loans and real estate securities in the US and Western Europe, particularly first mortgages backed by high-quality properties that are owned by institutional sponsors.
