02:53 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis ( STLA ) said Tuesday it entered into a non-binding memorandum of agreement with Nvidia ( NVDA ) , Uber Technologies ( UBER ) , and Foxconn to explore the joint development and future deployment of Level 4 autonomous vehicles for robotaxi services.

Under the collaboration, Stellantis ( STLA ) said it will design, engineer, and build autonomous vehicles with Nvidia Drive AV software integrated to enable Level 4 driverless capabilities.

Foxconn will work with Stellantis ( STLA ) on hardware and systems integration, while Uber ( UBER ) will operate the robotaxi services, according to the automaker.
