01:24 PM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stereotaxis ( STXS ) said it has completed the acquisition of Access Point Technologies, a manufacturer of diagnostic catheters used during cardiac ablation procedures, from APT Holding.

The company issued nearly 1.5 million shares at closing for the purchase, according to its regulatory filing Friday.

In May, Stereotaxis ( STXS ) said APT will contribute about $5 million in annual revenue during the first year post-acquisition.
