Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.26.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.39 billion, up from $1.28 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.36 billion.
The company reaffirmed its full fiscal year 2026 EPS guidance of $9.90 to $10.15. Analysts expect $10.05.
The company now expects fiscal 2026 revenue growth of 8% to 9% from $6% to 7% earlier.
The company also said that Jaqueline Kosecoff and Richard Steeves stepped down from the board. Retired president and CEO of the Hospital for Specialty Surgery, Louis Shapiro, was appointed as a board member.
