Sterling Bancorp Completes Sale of Bank to EverBank

05:27 PM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sterling Bancorp ( SBT ) said Monday it has completed the sale of Sterling Bank and Trust to EverBank Financial for $261 million.

The company said its shares will be delisted from Nasdaq.
