05:19 AM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stevanato Group (STVN) said Tuesday it has closed its upsized underwritten public offering of about 14.6 million common shares priced at $26 apiece for total proceeds of about $379.7 million.

The company said the underwriters exercised their option to purchase about 1.9 million additional shares at the same offering price.

Stevanato Group said its share of the proceeds totaled about $189.8 million, which will be used for general corporate purposes.
