Stingray Buying Loupe Art To "Enhance Connected TV And Digital Signage Offerings"; No Financial Details Were Given

02:09 PM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stingray (RAY-A.TO, RAY-B.TO) said Monday it has acquired Loupe Art, a visual art streaming service on Smart TVs and Digital Signage. No financial details were given.

This strategic acquisition aims to expand Stingray's presence on Connected TVs and "significantly enhance" its offering for businesses, particularly in digital signage, It is also designed to enable Stingray in leveraging Loupe's patented technology and extensive content catalog to enhance its FAST channels on Connected TVs.

A statement noted Loupe Art reaches audiences worldwide through partnerships with major platforms such as Apple TV, Amazon, Google TV, Samsung, LG, Comcast, LocalNow, Freecast, WhaleTV+ and others.
