05:29 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stran ( SWAG ) said Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it also failed to submit its quarterly report for Q1.

Stran ( SWAG ) said it has until Sept. 24 to submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance.
