Strategic Consolidated Income Fund May Sell or Hold Dream REIT Units Pending Privatization

07:26 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Strategic Consolidated Income Fund, which owns 3.3 million units in the operating subsidiary of Dream REIT (DRR-U.TO, DRR-UN.TO), said Tuesday it may sell its units in the market at prevailing prices or hold them until Dream REIT's privatization is completed.

The units were acquired in connection with Dream's indirect acquisition of a portfolio of 16 multi-family residential properties in the United States.
