Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.15.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $470.2 million, up from $469.2 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $556.8 million.

For Q2, the company expects core FFO per share of $1.62 to $1.70. Analysts are looking for $1.73.

Sun Communities ( SUI ) said it now expects core FFO per share for full-year 2025 to range between $6.43 and $6.63. Analysts are expecting $6.42.
