07:07 AM EDT, 09/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sun Valley Gold on Thursday said it sold 4,000 Amarc Resources ( AXREF ) common shares on behalf of Sun Valley Gold Master Fund, a client account over which it has discretionary trading authority.

Idaho-based Sun Valley sold the shares for $0.18 apiece as part of its overall portfolio investment strategy.

Before the sale, Sun Valley held 14.6 million common shares on behalf of the master fund, representing about 6.9% of outstanding stock. The stake in Amarc remained largely unchanged following the sale.
