08:15 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sunoco ( SUN ) said Monday it expects to finalize its acquisition of Parkland Corporation by Oct. 31.

Following the transaction, the company said Parkland shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The company said it will issue common units to Parkland shareholders, which are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Nov. 3 under the ticker symbol "SUNC."

Following the merger, Sunoco ( SUN ) said it will hold about 27% of a limited partner interest in Sunoco LP ( SUN ).

Parkland will not host a conference call or webcast for its third-quarter results, Sunoco ( SUN ) added.
