FRANKFURT, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Swiss financial regulator

FINMA said on Wednesday it would launch an appeal against a

ruling by the nation's Federal Administrative Court that revoked

a FINMA decree ordering the write-off of Credit Suisse's

Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital instruments.
