Synchrony Financial, Dick's Sporting Goods Agree to Multiyear Partnership Extension

10:27 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Synchrony Financial ( SYF ) and Dick's Sporting Goods (DKS) said Thursday they have agreed to a multiyear extension of their partnership for continued financial services to athletes.

The companies said that through the Dick's Sporting Goods ScoreRewards Credit Card program, they will provide athletes with the ability to earn rewards twice faster, exclusive member-only offers and digital account management for their ScoreRewards Credit Card and ScoreRewards Mastercard.

Athletes can continue using these cards online and in more than 800 retail locations, including Dick's Sporting Goods and House of Sport, the companies said.

Shares of Synchrony Financial ( SYF ) were slightly higher, while Dick's Sporting Goods rose 2.6% in recent trading.
