Takeda Pharmaceutical Names Julie Kim Chief Executive

05:37 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Takeda Pharmaceutical ( TAK ) said Thursday it has appointed Julie Kim as chief executive.

Kim, who is the president of the company's US business unit, will succeed Christophe Weber when he retires in June 2026.

After retirement, Weber will not hold a seat on the board, the company said.
