Talen Energy Q2 Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises

06:29 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Talen Energy ( TLN ) reported Q2 earnings Thursday of $1.50 per diluted share, down from $7.60 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $1.04.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $630 million, compared with $489 million a year earlier.

Five analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $392 million.
