Talos Energy Completes QuarterNorth Energy Acquisition

05:32 PM EST, 03/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Talos Energy ( TALO ) said late Monday it has completed the acquisition of QuarterNorth Energy.

Talos said it has appointed QuarterNorth's designee, Joseph Mills, to its board and plans to update its 2024 operational and financial guidance in the next few days to reflect the acquisition closing time.
