Talos Energy Names Zachary Dailey as Chief Financial Officer

05:02 PM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Talos Energy ( TALO ) said late Thursday it named Zachary B. Dailey as executive vice president and chief financial officer, starting Aug. 18.

Dailey was most recently vice president, controller and chief accounting officer for Marathon Oil.

He succeeds Gregory Babcock, who will step down as interim CFO and continue to serve as chief accounting officer.

Megan Dick was promoted to executive vice president and chief human resources officer, according to the company.
