08:34 AM EST, 02/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Target Hospitality ( TH ) said Tuesday it has started construction on its second 400-bed community expansion to its previously announced 250-bed data center community.

The company intends to invest roughly $15 million to $18 million on the second expansion, and plans to complete it by June, it said.

Target Hospitality ( TH ) said the second expansion is anticipated to provide about $49 million of committed minimum revenue over its initial two-year term starting June this year through May 2028.

The second expansion contract has four one-year extension options, offering services continuity through May 2032.

Shares of the company were up 4% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
