08:45 AM EDT, 05/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TaskUs ( TASK ) said Friday it has entered into a definitive agreement to be taken private by the company's co-founders and a Blackstone (BX) affiliate.

Under the terms of the deal, TaskUs ( TASK ) co-founders Bryce Maddock and Jaspar Weir together with the Blackstone affiliate will acquire all outstanding class A shares of the company they don't already own for $16.50 per share in an all-cash transaction that is expected to close in H2.
