Employers Chair Michael McSally to Step Down; Board Names Jeanne Mockar as Successor

05:35 PM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Employers Holdings ( EIG ) said late on Thursday that Michael McSally will step down as board chair, a role he has had since 2020.

The company said the board unanimously elected Jeanne Mockard as the incoming chair, effective March 20.

McSally, a board member since 2013, will continue to serve as a human capital management and compensation committee member.

Mockard joined the board in 2018 and currently serves as the chair of the finance committee and a member of the audit panel. Since 2009, Mockard has been the principal at JLM Capital and Consulting. Before JLM Capital, she was a managing director and portfolio manager with Putnam Investments for over 20 years.
